St. Paul, MN - On Wednesday, July 12, State Representative Brad Tabke invites Shakopee families to the State Capitol for a special tour of the building, including visits with Minnesota’s constitutional offices. Starting at 2pm in the Capitol Rotunda and going until 4pm, this free event is open to all, attendees are just asked to RSVP here.
“Minnesota is home to one of the most beautiful state capitol buildings in the nation, and the recent, extensive renovations have made the people’s house a must-see for those who haven’t visited in the last few years,” said Rep. Tabke. “We had a great time during a similar event in 2019, and I hope Shakopee’s families can join us again for a fun, educational day this summer.”
The tour will be conducted by the Minnesota Historical Society, and the day will include stops at the Governor and Attorney General’s offices, as well as access to the House floor with Rep. Tabke.
