I was glad committee members could hear directly from the Minnesota Zoo about their vision to enhance accessibility for guests and increase health facilities for the animals. I'm advocating for a robust infrastructure bill in Minnesota so we can continue to enjoy regional assets like the Zoo now and in future years to come.  Federally, Minnesota received good news on Monday with the President’s signature of the infrastructure law. Our state stands to gain: - $4.5 billion for highways
- $302 million for bridges
- $100 million for broadband internet
- $68 million for electric vehicle charging stations
- $818 million for public transportation
- $680 million for clean water
