SAINT PAUL, Minn. – The 2022 Minnesota legislative session began on Monday, January 31. State Representative Liz Reyer (DFL – Eagan) issued the following statement:
“House DFLers care deeply about the challenges Minnesotans are facing. This year, we will focus on making our communities safer for everyone, expanding access to health care, supporting students, and reducing costs. I plan to work on advancing equity and increasing the supply of affordable housing as well.
“With a projected $7.7 billion positive budget balance, we have an opportunity to make a difference in many people’s lives. If we work together and prioritize the urgent needs of Minnesotans, I am confident we will get results.”
