SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Representative Leigh Finke (DFL-Saint Paul) has been recognized with the prestigious 2024 Animal Advocate Award from the Animal Humane Society. The award honors individuals and organizations making significant contributions to animal welfare in Minnesota.
