Knudsen Takes Oath of Office, Shares Committee Assignments St. Paul, MN — Minnesota’s 2025-2026 Legislative Session officially began January 14th as Rep. Krista Knudsen, R-Lake Shore, and 66 other state representatives took the oath of office during an official ceremony at the State Capitol in St. Paul. Representative Knudsen is firm in her commitment to serve her constituents in 5A and Minnesota at large. The weeks leading up to this legislative session have been marked by DFL threats not to show up to work at the Capitol, a secret swearing in ceremony, and awaiting court hearings. Regardless, Rep. Knudsen and her GOP colleagues are present in St. Paul and ready to work for the citizens of Minnesota. That fact will not change no matter what happens for the rest of the session. For the 2025-2026 legislative session, Rep. Knudsen has been appointed as a member of the following committees: Education Finance, Health Finance and Policy, and Human Services Finance and Policy. Rep. Knudsen would like to hear her constituents’ ideas, concerns, and questions. She can be reached by phone at 651-296-9918, by email at rep.krista.knudsen@house.mn.gov, or by mail to 2424 Centennial Office Building, St. Paul, MN 55155. Residents are also invited to subscribe to Knudsen’s weekly email newsletter and include highlights of what Rep. Knudsen is doing at the Capitol and a summary of other business.
