SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Yesterday, the Minnesota House passed two bills to improve access to affordable child care and early learning. HF 13 increases the maximum rates for all Child Care Assistance Program-eligible children. HF 150 delivers a $52.5 million emergency investment in child care stabilization grants and early learning scholarships. Rep. Josiah Hill (DFL - Stillwater) voted for the legislation.
“I am proud to vote for this legislation which prioritizes children and makes raising a family a little easier for Minnesotans,” said Rep. Hill. “By investing in our children and their future we are investing in our collective future. I will continue to support positive legislation like this which has a real and immediate impact on families in our community.”
