St. Paul, MN – Today, State Representative Wayne Johnson (R-Cottage Grove) delivered a formal letter to Attorney General Keith Ellison urging his office to investigate ongoing concerns at Cimarron Park, a manufactured home community in Lake Elmo.
Rep. Johnson has received numerous complaints from residents alleging a pattern of mistreatment, unfair practices, and management actions that may violate state law. The letter outlines specific concerns brought forward by constituents and calls on the Attorney General to take immediate steps to ensure accountability and fairness for residents.
“For too long, the voices of Cimarron Park residents have gone unheard,” said Rep. Johnson. “They deserve safe, stable housing and to be treated with dignity and respect. I’m asking the Attorney General to step in and investigate resident concerns for potential violations of state law.”
