III. HF 2354 (Norris) Medicaid fraud provisions expanded and modified, subpoena and enforcement authority specified, penalties imposed, and money appropriated.
IV. HF 1672 (Reyer) Medical cannabis provisions modified.
V. HF 2389 (Finke) Data calls authorized, limited long-term care insurance provided and regulated, automobile insurance governing provisions modified, data classified, administrative rulemaking authorized, penalties provided, and technical changes made.
VI. HF 2870 (Freiberg) Various changes related to election administration made, absentee voting provisions modified, and terminology clarified.
VII. HF 2743 (Jordan) Office of the Inspector General provisions modified; access to records provided; data classified; immunity and confidentiality in reporting or participating in an investigation provided; process for notice, appeal, and withholding of payments established; and fraud, theft, waste, and abuse definitions modified.
VIII. HF 1918 (Hanson, J) Department of Children, Youth, and Families policy language; TEACH early childhood program, great start compensation support payment program, child welfare policies, and out-of-home placement plans updated; and provisions to prevent foster care placements modified.
IX. HF 2551 (Kotyza-Witthuhn) Follow-up to 2024 children, youth, and families recodification; technical changes made.
X. HF 1671 (Pinto) Labor and industry; policy and technical changes made.
XI. Adjournment
