III. HF 2233 (Niska): Uniform Special Deposits Act adopted.
IV. HF 1524 (Harder): Agriculture grant program established to promote certain nutrient management practices, and money appropriated.
V. HF 1893 (McDonald): Criminal investigation active period of time modified regarding investigative data.
VI. HF 1396 (Witte): Permitted uses of unmanned aerial vehicles by law enforcement expanded.
VII. HF 2456 (Scott): Cost-of-living adjustments in maintenance or child support orders repealed, and conforming changes made.
VIII. HF 2959 (Scott): Data protection requirements in certain property tax proceedings modified.
IX. HF 2300 (Scott): Claim amount for mandatory binding arbitration modified; certification of juvenile court expenses eliminated; filing, copying, printing, and distribution of court papers modified; and money appropriated.
X. HF 2412 (Hudson): Private attorneys provided with Minnesota Government Access to court records.
XI. HF 1862 (Agbaje): Statewide Office of Appellate Counsel and Training and State Board organization modified, and salary and employment terms of attorneys and other employees modified.
XII. HF 1373 (Curran): State Board of Civil Legal Aid funding provided, and money appropriated.
XIII. HF 1039 (Scott): State Board of Civil Legal Aid legislative report required.
XIV. HF 3070 (Liebling): State Competency Attainment Board
XV. HF 3022 (Scott): Miscellaneous technical corrections made to laws and statutes; erroneous, obsolete, and omitted text and references corrected; redundant, conflicting, and superseded provisions removed; and style and form changes made.
XVI. HF 2825 (Hudson): Access to expunged conviction records of applicants for licenses and positions in private security industry provided. [pending re-referral]
XVII. Adjournment

Committee will recess at 12:00 PM and reconvene 15 minutes after session adjourns.

Committee discussion of all bills will be limited to the provisions within the jurisdiction of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee. Items may be taken up in any order, items may be added or removed at the chair's discretion.
