HF 2130 (Kraft) Length of driver's license revocations related to certain offenses, length of time individuals must participate in the ignition interlock program modified, and ignition interlock program participants required to complete a treatment or rehabilitation program before reinstatement of full driving privileges.

HF 2260 (Curran) Department of Human Services policy bill sections modified on background studies, fraud prevention, Department of Corrections reconsiderations, kickback crimes, and appeals divisions worker protections; and criminal penalties provided. *

10. HF 2892 (Novotny) Community justice reinvestment account in the special revenue fund eliminated.

11. HF 2532 (Novotny) Community crime and violence prevention account eliminated, and unexpended amount transferred to the general fund.
