HF907 (Gomez) Medical cannabis program requirements modified, civil remedies authorized, and affirmative defense established.
HF1023 (Gomez) Cannabis; health commissioner required to apply for federal Schedule I exemption for medical use of cannabis, and marijuana and nonsynthetic THC reclassified from Schedule I to Schedule II controlled substance.
HF675 (Munson) Cannabis; health commissioner required to apply for federal Schedule I exemption for medical use of cannabis, and marijuana and nonsynthetic THC reclassified from Schedule I to Schedule II controlled substance.
HF813 (Edelson) Medical cannabis program modified, and dried raw cannabis combustion by patients aged 21 or older allowed.

Health Recommendations of House Select Committee on Racial Justice

H. F. 660, A bill for an act relating to health; establishing the Dignity in Pregnancy and Childbirth Act; requiring continuing education on anti-racism training and implicit bias; expanding the maternal death studies conducted by the commissioner of health to include maternal morbidity; appropriating money; amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 145.901; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 144.
