HF1159 (Fischer): Modifying the membership of the Formulary Committee; modifying the procedure for making changes to the preferred drug list.

HF1032 (Bierman): Board of Pharmacy required to provide central repository under contract to administer medication repository program etc.

HF1665 (Bierman): Minnesota's schedules of controlled substances modified. Informational hearing only.

HF239 (Reyer): Hospice respite and end-of-life care medical assistance benefit established for individuals under the age of 22.

HF384 (Reyer): Unrestricted access to services required for diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of rare diseases.

HF390 (Acomb): No-cost diagnostic services and testing required following mammogram.

HF24 (Jordan) - Authority modified to ensure safe drinking water, drinking water revolving fund provisions modified, grant program established to replace lead drinking water service lines, grant program established for mapping lead service lines, report required, and money appropriated.

HF347 (Howard) - Lead testing and remediation requirements in schools modified, report required, and money appropriated.

HFXXXX (Jordan) - State definition of lead service line, non-lead service line, galvanized service line, and galvanized service line in need of replacement.

HFXXXX (Jordan) - Modifying renovation and lead hazard reduction provisions.

HF294 (Elkins): Manufacturers required to report and maintain prescription drug prices, filing of health plan prescription drug formularies required, health care coverage provisions modified, prescription benefit tool requirements established, and prescription drug benefit transparency and disclosure required.
