o Per committee rules, time limits may be enforced for public testimony.
o Written testimony will be accepted, distributed to the Members of the Committee, and included in the committee meeting record. Written testimony should also be submitted by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, February 18, but the Chair may waive that deadline to accommodate written testimony.

o This is the Minnesota Department of Education agency bill, which will serve as a vehicle for the committee’s policy bill.
• H1306DE1 – Committee Delete-All Amendment

• Note: Committee walk through of the DE1 Amendment, public testimony, member discussion. No formal action on the amendment or HF1306 until Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
