Representative Kent Eken, Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:14 A.M. on Monday, March 19th, 2007, in the Basement hearing room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hoppe moved approval of the minutes of March 15th, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
HF 1021 (Dill) Lake Superior commercial fishing provisions modified.
Representative Dill moved adoption of the Division Report on HF 1021. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE REPORT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Dill moved HF 1021, 1st committee engrossment, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations, Reform, Technology, and Elections. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 1520 (Dill) Phosphorus reduction requirements on wastewater treatment facilities modified based on need.
Representative Dill moved HF 1520 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
