Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:20 p.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2007, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was not present.

Rep. Scalze moved that HF 978 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Capital Investment Finance bill.
