Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was not present.

Rep. Murphy moved that HF 1371 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Capital Investment Finance bill.

Page 1, line 10, delete "a feasibility study of transit and transportation needs in" and insert "predesign and preliminary engineering for"
