HF1174 (Kiffmeyer) A bill for an act relating to education finance; defining local education agency for certain special education purposes.
Representative Greiling moved that HF1174 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus K-12 Education Finance Bill.

HF1222 (Abeler) A bill for an act relating to education finance; indexing equalizing factors for the debt service and referendum equalization aid programs.
Representative Newton moved that HF1222 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus K-12 Education Finance Bill.

HF1772 (Doty) A bill for an act relating to education finance; increasing state support for the debt service equalization aid program; creating a school bond agricultural credit.
Representative Ward moved that HF1772 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus K-12 Education Finance Bill.
Representative Doty, Dean Peterson, Chair, Upsala School Board, and Earl Mathison, Superintendent, Upsala School Distrtict, testified.
Representative Ward renewed his motion that HF1772 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus K-12 Education Finance Bill.
