MINUTES
Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Legacy Funding Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:36pm on Tuesday, February 15, 2011, in the Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Kiel moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 9, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF245 (Davids) Creating regional capital fund for arts organizations; appropriating money.
Representative Kiel moved that HF245 be heard and considered for possible inclusion in the Legacy Funding omnibus bill.
Representative Torkelson moved the
H0245A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Torkelson moved that HF379 be heard and considered for possible inclusion in the Legacy Funding omnibus bill.

Page 1, delete lines 24 and 25.
Page 1, line 26, delete "committee" and insert "commissioner".

Representative Torkelson renewed his motion for HF379, as amended, and for possible inclusion in the Legacy Funding omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF334 (Westrom) Providing a grant to the Kensington Area Historical Society for development of a museum and heritage center.
Chair Urdahl moved that HF334 be heard and considered for possible inclusion in the Legacy Funding omnibus bill.
