Representative Davids moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on February 13, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Presentation of February 2012 Economic Forecast by Minnesota Management and Budget:

Tom Stinson, State Economist, Minnesota Management and Budget
Margaret Kelly, Budget Director, Minnesota Management and Budget
HF1595 (Murdock): Manufactured home unaffixing process from real property provided.
Representative Holberg moved HF 1595 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

HF2095 (Fabian): Environmental permitting efficiency provided, environmental review requirements modified, and money appropriated.
Representative McNamara moved HF 2095 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

H2095A12 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
