Representative John Ward, Vice Chair of Committee on Capital Investment, called the meeting to order at 8:40 am on THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Rep. FitzSimmons moved approval of the April 9, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed and the minutes were approved.
Representative Hausman moved H.F. No. 270, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committeee on Ways and Means.
Rep. Urdahl moved to amend H.F. No. 270, amending the
H0270DE1 delete everything amendment, with the H0270DE2 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL AND THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
Rep. Hausman moved to amend H.F. No. 270, amending the
H0270DE1 delete everything amendment, with the
H0270A8 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Rep. Davids moved to amend H.F. No. 270, amending the H0270DE1 delete everything amendment, as amended, with the
H0270A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Rep. McNamar moved to amend H.F. No. 270, amending the H0270DE1 delete everything amendment, as amended, with the
H0270A7 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Rep. McNamar moved an oral amendment to H. F. No. 270, amending the H0270DE1 delete everything amendment, as amended, as follows:
Page 3, line 33 after the “ insert “(b)”
THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Rep. Melin withdrew her H0270A6 amendment and MOVED to amend H.F. No. 270, amending the H0270DE1 delete everything amendment, as amended, with the H0270A9 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Deborah Dyson, House Research, referred members to a technical correction on page 2 of the H0270A8 amendment. On page 2, line 25 she changed the 22 to 32.
Rep. Hausman renewed the motion that H.F. No. 270, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Hausman moved H.F. No. 1070 (Hausman) relating to capital investment; appropriating money for public housing rehabilitation; authorizing bonds under the housing infrastructure bonds program; authorizing sale and issuance of state bonds.
Rep. Hausman moved the
H1070A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Rep. Hausman moved that H.F. No. 1070, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
