Representative Mullery, Chair of Committee on Early Childhood and Youth Development Policy, called the meeting to order at 9:15 AM, Tuesday, April 16th, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mullery moved that HF1779 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the committee on Rules.

Representative Mullery moved to incorporate into H1779A21, the following:
Page 1, line 1.10, delete “Swaddling with a blanket or sheet is prohibited.”

Representative Mullery presented HF1779 (Mullery), as amended, Child care program, MFIP, child foster care, and adoption provisions modified; family child care infant sleep supervision requirements established; family child care training requirements and the Northstar Care for Children program established; hearings and appeals provided for; and report required.
Representative Mullery renewed his motion to pass and rerefer HF1779, as amended to the committee on Rules. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
