ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES POLICY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative David Dill, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the seventh meeting to order at 4:00 p.m., on February 20, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Benson, J. moved the minutes of February 19, 2013 be approved.
MOTION PREVAILED
Representative Wagenius moved that H.F. 436 - relating to water; requiring priority to be given to projects that use wastewater - be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Environment, Natural Resources & Ag Finance Committee.

Representative Fischer assumed the gavel at 4:25 p.m.
Representative Dill moved that H.F. 585 - relating to game and fish; requiring ground blinds to display blaze orange during the firearms deer season - be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Game and Fish bill.
Rodman Smith, Department of Natural Resources Enforcement, answered questions relative to H.F. 585.
