Representative Liebling, Chair of the Committee on Health and Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:22 PM March 20, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Loeffler moved the minutes of March 19 be approved. Motion prevailed. Minutes approved.
Chair Liebling moved that HF214 (Murphy) MinnesotaCare established as the state's basic health program, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance Committee.
Chair Liebling moved that amendment
H0214DE3 be adopted. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted.
