Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM February 6 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Davids moved the minutes from February 5th.
The minutes were adopted.
Representative Melin assumed the gavel at 12:32 pm.
Representative Loeffler moved HF 205 to the committee.

H0205A1 amendment to the committee.
The HF0205A1 was adopted.
Ramsey County Commissioner Janis Rettman provided testimony in favor of HF 205.
Joel Michael answered questions of the committee.
City of Hopkins Mayor Gene Maxwell provided testimony in favor of HF 205.
Chris Barnes of Project Partner and Dominion provided testimony in favor of HF 205.
Hennepin County Commissioner Peter McLaughlin provided testimony in favor of HF 205.
Arnie Gregory of Greco, provided testimony in favor of HF 205.
Dan Fetter of Barr Engineering provided testimony in favor of HF 205 on behalf of Surly Brewing.
Lorrie Louder, Director of the St. Paul Port Authority testified in favor of HF 205.
Nancy Landmark of the Minnesota Land Title Association testified in favor of HF 205.
Paul Enger of MN Realtors testified in opposition of HF 205.
