Representative Backer, Chair of the Health Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01PM, on ¬¬¬¬¬March 12, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

HF1029 (Torkelson) Heritable or congenital disorder revision of lists of tests required to be administered for determination of presence.
Chair Backer moved HF1029 before the committee.

HF1100 (Bahner) Commissioner of human services required to establish a directed pharmacy dispensing payment to improve and maintain access to pharmaceutical services, and money appropriated.
Representative Bahner moved HF1100 before the committee.
Representative Bahner moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
