HEALTH FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Robert Bierman, Chair of the Health Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Franson moved to approve the minutes from March 17, 2025. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1878 (Keeler); Traditional health care practices covered under medical assistance.

Representative Keeler moved that HF1878 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Keeler presented HF1878.

Chair Bierman renewed the motion that HF1878 be laid over for inclusion in an omnibus bill. The bill was laid over.

Representative Elkins moved that HF1652 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Elkins moves the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Elkins moved that HF1075 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Elkins moves the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Elkins presented HF1075 as amended.

Representative Hemmingsen-Jaeger moved that HF1103 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Nadeau moves that HF2007 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Nadeau moves the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Vice Chair Nadeau presented HF2007 as amended.
