Representative Baker, Chair of the Workforce, Labor and Economic Development Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:22AM on Thursday February 13th, 2025, in the G3 Room of the Capitol.



Representative Berg moved the minutes of February 12, 2025, to be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Frazier moved to refer H.F. 11 to the Commerce Committee. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.





Representative Frazier moved to refer H.F. 11 to the Judiciary Committee. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.





Representative Frazier moved to refer H.F. 11 to the Tax Committee. Representative Frazier requested a roll call. On a vote of 7 NAYS and 6 AYES, THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.





Representative Frazier moved to lay the bill on the table. Representative Frazier requested a roll call. On a vote of 7 NAYS and 6 AYES, THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.





Representative Baker moved to pass H.F. 11 to the Ways and Means Committee. Representative Frazier requested a roll call. On a vote of 7 AYES and 6 NAYS, THE MOTION PREVAILED.





The meeting was adjourned at 5:43 PM.
