Representative Smith moved the minutes from March 18, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF363 (Jacob) Property tax credit established for certain acres certified under the Minnesota agricultural water quality certification program, and money appropriated.
Representative Davids moved the H0363A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Davids laid over HF2316 for possible inclusion in the Tax Omnibus Bill.
HF1409 (Harder) Property tax; qualified relatives expanded for special agricultural homestead.
Representative Harder moved the H01409A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
