Representative Matt Norris, Vice Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on April 3rd, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Smith moved the minutes from April 2, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 2768 (Gomez) Individual income taxes, corporate franchise taxes, sales and use taxes, and other various taxes and tax-related provisions modified; various policy and technical changes made; income tax credits and subtractions modified; and enforcement, return, and audit provisions modified.
