MINUTES

Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Ways and Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on March 3rd, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Agbaje moved the minutes of February 24th, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF11 (Baker) Minnesota Paid Leave Law implementation delayed by one year.

Representative Baker moved HF11 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Baker moved the A1 amendment.

Chair Torkelson moved to recess at 10:34am.

Chair Torkelson reconvened the hearing at 10:38am.

Representative Baker withdrew the A1 amendment.

Chair Torkelson moved to recess at 11:00am.

Chair Torkelson reconvened the hearing at 12:02pm.
