WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 11:00AM on Friday May 2nd, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Robbins moved the minutes of April 30, 2025. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2442 (Acomb) Energy finance bill.

Chair Stephenson moved that HF 2442 as amended be recommended for placement on the General Register.

Chair Stephenson renewed the motion that HF 2442 as amended be recommended for placement on the General Register, and that nonpartisan staff be directed to make any necessary technical changes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:02AM.
