Representative Robbins moved the minutes of May 6th, 2025. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
2025 Budget Resolution coded BUDRES02
Chair Stephenson moved BUDRES02 before the committee.
Chair Stephenson moved the BUDRES02-A01 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
HF 2436 (West) Children and Families finance bill.
Chair Stephenson moved to temporarily lay over HF 2436.
Representative West moved the H2436A27 amendment.
Representative West presented the H2436A27 amendment.
Representative West renewed the motion to adopt the H2436A27 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Stephenson renewed the motion to temporarily lay over HF 2436 as amended. The bill as amended was temporarily laid over.
HF 2435 (Bierman) Health finance bill.
Representative Bierman moved that HF 2435 be recommended for placement on the General Register.
Representative Bierman moved the H2435DE2 amendment.
Representative Bierman and Representative Backer presented the H2435DE2 amendment.
Representative Bierman renewed the motion to adopt the H2435DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative West moved that the language contained in HF 2436 as amended be incorporated into HF 2435, the Health and Children and Families Finance Bill, as separate articles. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Bierman moved that the language contained in HF 2435 as amended be incorporated into HF 2435, the Health and Children and Families Finance Bill, as separate articles. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Bierman renewed the motion that HF 2435 as amended be recommended for placement on the General Register, and that nonpartisan staff be directed to make any necessary technical changes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
