MINUTES
Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Ways and Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00PM on May 15th, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Agbaje moved the minutes of May 9th, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1143 (Greenman) – Greater Minnesota housing infrastructure program funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Torkelson moved that HF1143 be placed on the General Register.
Chair Torkelson moved the H1143DE3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Torkelson renewed the motion that HF1143, as amended, be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:16PM.
