Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Legacy Funding Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:40pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2011, in the Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler moved the minutes from the committee meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Resumption of discussion on HF1061 (Urdahl), as amended.
Chair Urdahl moves the
H1061A22 author's amendment to the H1061DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Greene moves the
H1061A7 amendment to the H1061DE1 amendment and requested a roll call vote.
Ayes: McFARLANE, WAGENIUS, WINKLER, McNAMARA, GREENE, PEPPIN
Nays: URDAHL, KIEL, DILL, CORNISH, MURPHY, TORKELSON

Representative Kiel moves the

Representative Kiel moved to incorporate the following language into the H1061A3 amendment:
Page 1, Line 15, delete "2011" and insert "2012"

Representative Wagenius moved to incorporate the following language into the H1061A10 amendment:
