Dear Neighbors,
I hope you enjoy the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. This Thanksgiving I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to represent our community at the State Capitol and all we have the capacity to accomplish by working together. As part of this, I’m deeply grateful for the engagement I’ve had with neighbors and the conversations we’ve had about all the issues important to people.
We live in a wonderful state, but there’s still more we can do to improve the way of life for all Minnesotans. In addition to reflecting on what we’re grateful for, we can also use this time to consider the steps we can take to enhance our outlook. As the 2020 legislative session is just over the horizon in February, I’m looking forward to the work ahead to remove barriers to success and further expand opportunities for people to succeed and thrive. Please be in touch with me to share your priorities, what’s going well for you, some of the challenges you’ve experienced, and your ideas to make Minnesota an even better place to live.
If you’re traveling on the roads during the long weekend, be sure to drive safely. Happy Thanksgiving!
Sincerely,
Liz Olson
State Representative
