St. Paul, MN—State Representative John Poston, R-Lake Shore, encourages area voters who reside in new mail-only voting precincts to make sure they complete and return their ballot or vote in person at their local county election office.
“No matter who you’re voting for this year, it is important that local residents make sure that their voices are heard, and their votes are counted,” said Rep. Poston. “If you live in a new vote-by-mail precinct, please remember to return the ballot that you received in the mail or make a plan to vote in person at your county election office.”
Precincts that have voted by mail in previous years should continue to do so and the process is the same.

Residents that live in vote-by-mail only precincts have the option of voting in person at their county election office through Election Day, November 3rd.
