Join us for a Town Hall Meeting next Wednesday!

Tuesday, June 4, 2024

Dear Neighbors,

The 2024 legislative session recently concluded, which wraps up a historic two years of progress at the State Capitol. Democrats worked together to move past gridlock and deliver historic wins for our state, including economic security for families, reproductive freedom, investments in our students, climate action, affordable health care, safety in our communities, infrastructure funding, and so much more.

You’re invited to join Rep. Frank Hornstein, Sen. Scott Dibble, and me for a Town Hall Meeting next Wednesday, June 12 at 5 p.m. We will gather at Bryant Lake Park Rec. Center. The event is free and non-partisan.

There’s a lot to celebrate, and we look forward to discussing the accomplishments DFLers have delivered. Despite the progress we made, our work isn’t over to build a Minnesota where everyone can have the better life they deserve. We hope you will bring your ideas for how we can work together to ensure all Minnesotans – no matter where they live or what they look like – can succeed and thrive.

Please join us if you’re able. If you can’t make it, please reach out to me any time with your input, ideas, and feedback. It’s an honor to represent you.

Sincerely,

Rep. Jamie Long
Majority Leader, Minnesota House of Representatives
