Rep. Schultz Welcomes Gary and Ruth Gruba to the State of the State Address St. Paul, MN – Representative Isaac Schultz (R – Elmdale Township) is proud to have Gary and Ruth Gruba as his guests at tonight’s State of the State Address. The Grubas are a long-time Foley area couple who are known for their community involvement and dedication to our state. Gary is a military veteran who has served his country with honor as a United States Marine and continues to serve his veteran community as commander of the Foley American Legion. “Gary and his wife Ruth are upstanding members of our community and I am honored to have them join me for the Governor’s address.” Said Rep. Schultz. “Minnesotans like the Grubas are who the Governor is leaving behind by his failure to deliver on his promise to end the tax on social security.” Repealing the tax on social security was a campaign promise of Democrats across Minnesota yet after 16 weeks of total government control there has been no movement on this legislation.  ### |
