HF 100 (Stephenson) Omnibus cannabis bill.*

HF 1712 (Feist) Prevention services, intervention services, and barrier reduction services relating to youth involved or at risk of becoming involved in criminal or juvenile justice system funding provided; report required; and money appropriated.

* Discussion of HF 100 will be limited to the provisions in the bill that fall within the committee’s jurisdiction: Criminal penalties, expungement, and lawful cannabis use.

HF 1279 (Edelson) State required to pay medical examination costs for criminal sexual conduct victim.

HF 1022 (Pinto) Evidentiary examination of victims payment costs provided in cases involving domestic assault by strangulation. (REMOVED)
