Open Forum for Cities, Developers, Contractors and others to propose changes in the TIF law for individual projects that currently have a developer.
The House Tax Committee is interested in learning what reasonable flexibility could be provided to stimulate the construction of new building projects across Minnesota. The committee is interested in projects that will begin construction no later than June 2011.
