MINUTES
Representative Linda Runbeck, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on March 28, 2012, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative LeMieur moved the approval of the minutes of March 19, 2012.

On page 1, line 5, strike "$795,000" and insert "$794,597". THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

H1954A3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
Representative Mahoney moved the oral amendment to HF1954:
On page 7, line 26 after the period insert: "If you miss the deadline you can apply and will receive an eighteen month extension". THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Chair Runbeck moved the oral amendment to HF2927:
On page 1, line 10 insert: "The board shall continue to repair, operate and maintain, the Coon Rapids Dam".
Division was called. THE MOTION DID PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative McDonald moved the oral amendment to HF2927:
On page 1, line 7 after "county" strike "."and insert ", whatever the dollar amount that the Three Rivers Park currently does not use, the Park Board shall reduce the levy by that amount in the following year".
Representative McDonald withdrew the oral amendment.
