Hello!
A quick reminder that our first post-session Town Hall will be tomorrow, June 20, from 6-7pm at the Shakopee Public Library. We’ll be discussing the work we accomplished at the State Capitol this year, as well as the work that still needs to be done to move Minnesota forward. You can find more information and RSVP on our Facebook event page by clicking the image below:
If you’re unable to attend tomorrow’s Town Hall, we’ll also be holding office hours during the interim in our community. You can find more information on available office hours, including how to RSVP, here.
Our Tuesday Door-to-Door Constituent Connect events will also start soon, with the first one taking place on July 9. We’ll begin at the Starbucks at 1451 Adams Street South in Shakopee at 5:30pm, knock some doors and hold community-building conversations, and then meet up for a debrief at 8pm. You can find more information on these events here.
After years of renovations, our beautiful State Capitol building is now more accessible than ever! Though there are many available dates and times to tour the building, we’ve set aside several “Shakopee Days” with the Minnesota Historical Society. These are free, 45-minute tours, and a great way to learn about our work here in St. Paul. You can find more information on these special tour days for our community here. I hope to see you there!
