Rep. Hassan Statement on Minneapolis murder-suicide
St. Paul, MN – Today, Rep. Hodan Hassan (DFL - Minneapolis) released the following statement on the murder-suicide that occurred on Sunday in the district she represents.
"As our community grapples with the horrific acts of violence that occurred yesterday, we must answer this heartbreak with action. When children are not safe in their own home, addressing gun violence and domestic violence needs to be a top priority. It's time to pass legislation that would keep our families safe."
