SAINT PAUL – State Representative Roger Skraba, R-Ely, released the following statement on the first week of the 2024 legislative session:
“I am happy to be back in St. Paul to work on the issues that matter most to families in our region,” said Skraba. “There’s no doubt that all of us are struggling with record-high inflation rates. That’s why it is important for us to consider ways we can reduce the financial burden on Minnesota families by providing tax relief and making government more efficient and effective. We also need to continue to explore ways to expand responsible mining operations and diversify our local economy. The Iron Range is full of economic opportunities that can benefit families, our communities, the state, and the entire world.”
