HF 1233 (Pinto) Visual inspection of delinquent children and youth in detention facilities prohibited, and disciplinary room time for delinquent children and youth in detention facilities prohibited.

We will not be taking any public testimony on HF 1233. This bill was previously heard and debated by the committee on March 2nd, 2023.

HF 2251 (Feist) Judiciary; grant funding provided to provide legal representation for children in need of protection or services and children in out-of-home placement, and money appropriated.
