Representative Juhnke, Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM, April 7, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Anderson moved that the minutes of April 6, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Rep. Juhnke moved that HF 1122 (Juhnke) Omnibus agriculture, rural economies and veterans affairs bill; be recommended to pass and be returned to the Committee on Finance.
