H3170A9 amendment. Representative Garofalo made an incorporation to his amendment as follows: line 1.11 remove, ‘2014’ and replace ‘2015’; line 1.12 remove ‘2015’ and replace ‘2016’. There was a discussion on the H3170A9 amendment.
